Course Overview
This is an introductory course designed for new recruits and junior employees of aviation and airport organizations and/or for people who which to pursue a career in the aviation industry and/or the aviation and airport enthusiasts. In the core of the course the Airport business. The course makes a breakthrough into the fascinating aviation industry, showcasing the Airport business environment, by discussing the significance of the industry and the fundamental role of Airports for the growth, development and sustainability of the industry. Trainees will be challenged to identify the major issues and limitations faced by the various aviation stakeholders, especially the Airport authorities, the dynamism and potentials of the industry, upcoming trends and opportunities, along with the fundamentals of running and managing aviation organizations and particularly airports in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner and in line with ICAO certification SARPS and industry best practice.
